Arvinas and Pfizer are also eligible for an additional $15.0 million upon successful transition activities, up to $320.0 million in future milestones, and tiered royalties.

Viatris Inc. completed a public offering of €650 million (approximately $695 million based on current exchange rates) of 4.250% Senior Notes due 2033. The company intends to use the net proceeds to repay its $1.675 billion 3.950% Senior Notes due 2026 and for general corporate purposes. This offering is a non-dilutive financing event aimed at refinancing existing debt.
